Toilet was clogged. Called at 12 noon for maintenance and they did not arrive until 10pm. Besides that experience was fine.

The Pool surroundings were not up to excellent condition. There was mold on the surrounding walls of the pool. Need to have some maintenance done on that.
There was no Ice on any floor. Parking lot needed some cleaning.
The room was clean and well maintained except that the sheet would not stay tight on the bed.
The staff was not very friendly or helpful just did their job.
We had a great time despite the imperfections.
