Great location, clean rooms, and helpful, friendly staff.

The hotel itself was nice, good location, well maintained, but there was no hot water in our room. The shower only got to lukewarm at best. Otherwise our stay was good.

Decent hotel. The waterslide is lots of fun for kids but it would be nice if it was opened for more than 4 hours per day.
The room was decent but our bathroom plumbing had a couple of issues - the toilet ran on and the shower made a high-pitched squeal when it was on. The water pressure was pretty lacking as well.
But overall, a decent place to stay a night or two. :)

I would stay here everytime I come to Kamloops. There wasn’t anything to complain about at all.
