Property is clean but show sign of age. Staffs are generally friendly with the exception of front desk receptionists who has poker face most of the time; a little smile goes a long way.
There is quite a distant from the front desk to the elevator, which involve going up an escalator; I am not sure how physically challenged people can make it up there.
