Whilst this property is a bit dated we were very impressed with the staff

We really appreciated the clean comfortable room, friendly staff, daily room servicing, happy hour and included buffet breakfast. While we didn't dine in the restaurant- dinner menu looked great. The staff always greeted us with a smile. The hotel was a fantastic base for our exploration of the Ballarat region. We will recommend this hotel to others considering staying in Ballarat.

Staff were helpful & accommodating in allowing us to leave the car whilst attending a local play in the Main Street. Breakfast was also provided in buffet style, good range of yoghurts, fruits, coffee, juice, toast and cooked options.

Would have been awesome if the pool was open but otherwise great staff and a great stay.
