The desk staff wasn't very helpful and not very friendly. It was an inefficient cafe for breakfast. It took me 10 minutes to place an easy order. I wondered if it was me because I am a Canadian in Germany. But my German colleague had the same impression.

The staff and location are great! The hotel is walking distance to the restaurants and shopping… and the Hauptbahnhof.
I only wish they would provide a coffee pot for the room. I enjoy my stay.
