Perfect central location if you want to be part of the hustle/bustle of Tokyo. Great views of Shibuya scramble crossing. Clean and decent sized rooms, but dated. If you take a taxi from airport, give them the bus terminal address which is by the lobby area entrance on 5th (?) floor, as opposed to the ground floor (hotel address) and trying to find your way to the elevator bank amongst the crowds.

The room is clean and the staff are very helpful. I was planning to call a taxi next morning to the airport , and the staff reminded me that there is bus service right at the hotel. So it was super convenient. We paid for the breakfast for 3 adults and 1 kid, mostly western style breakfast if it is something you want.
