This is a great little hotel very conveniently placed in central Paris with nice rooms.
A very short (2 mins) walk to 3 different metro lines.
Lots of food options around.
The rooms are decent size for the price.
The day staff is very friendly and helpful. The kitchen staff is very nice too.
The breakfast is good with varied options.
The only downsides:
The street the hotel is on is being renovated. Dust and construction works from 08h30.
The immediate area has a number of people experiencing homelessness and financial hardship but they are not aggressive not threatening. It's very safe.

All in all for the price and the location, its fine. Lobby and hallways a little tired, but clean. We were located next to the lift which was a little loud but not unmanageable.
