We stayed here for 3 nights and overall had a good experience. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast was good with a nice selection, and the pool was clean and enjoyable.
There were a few things that could be improved. Our room wasn’t as clean as expected—we found an old razor left behind, there was no conditioner provided, the ironing board was broken, and the towels had an odd smell. We also noticed a very strong smell of marijuana in parts of the hotel, which was unpleasant, especially for families.
Despite these issues, we still enjoyed our stay because of the excellent staff and amenities. With more attention to housekeeping, maintenance, and keeping common areas smoke-free, this hotel could easily earn 5 stars.
