The hotel was very nice. Some employees need more training. Other than that everything is fine. I salute very much Mohamed mokadem in the main restaurant, diligent in his hospitality. Like that person, I hope the rest of the employees learn the art of hospitality from him.thanks alot mr. Hamdy and Ahmed in frontdesk

Rooms are clean and well looked after, hot powerful shower, staff are extremely friendly.
Fantastic breakfast, fresh cooked omelettes and pancakes and a large selection of cheese, meat and fruits / yoghurts etc. mansoud ( probs spelt wrong) was an exceptional member of staff- I think he was the head chef, he always looked after us and made us feel welcome.

"This hotel is beautiful and reasonably priced! I loved the vibe and decor. The pool was nice, the beach is shallow and had lots of schools of fish. There is a nice reef for snorkeling. "
