Our room was on the third floor, which offered an amazing view of the lake - exactly what we were hoping for! You do not want to miss the sunrise in the mornings from the balcony! :) We’ve been to some places where the kitchen has little to offer for appliances and simple meal prep- this place exceeded our expectations and the ice maker in the fridge was appreciated. Crafts for the kids, s’mores and fire pits made the evenings that much more enjoyable. Staff was friendly and checkin was a breeze. Definitely would recommend to friends and family.

We were right on the lake. It was very beautiful and peaceful. We appreciated the quiet hours. The town is lovely.

Excellent, comfortable, and spacious apartment hotel directly on the waterfront with stunning views of Lake Superior, within easy walking distance to all of the shops, restaurants, and amenities of Grand Marais. Great for families, groups, couples, and individuals.

This is our second time and we love this place. The location is great to walk around town for food or shopping. There is not a better view of Lake Superior from our balcony.
