Dolphin Hotel

Clean room, comfy beds and a quiet, convenient location. Our main issue was the room temperature. It was a hot night and the one fan between the three of us barely touched it. We had a lot of steps to get up to the bedroom (2nd or 3rd floor). Not an issue for us as we are all fit, but would not be ideal for some people.

This is a beautiful old hotel with a great location and staff. Awesome breakfast included. Tight stairs and small rooms. Remember-no AC!

Great hotel, near paddington station, the breakfast was good and the staff was helpful

Older small room with comfortable twin beds. Very clean but place is dated in the room. Bathroom was very clean but compact. Appreciated the table and two chairs in the room. The free continental breakfast was excellent but the best feature is how close it is to Paddington station. Really only one block away and you get to see peaceful Norfolk Park with big trees and a Paddington statue at the front door. Also walked to Hyde Park in a few minutes and walked to Harrods in 25mins. Reasonable souvenir stores, restaurants, coffee shops and lovely walk on the canal to Little Venice. If you book Heathrow Express one month early it is only 10 pounds per person and getting to this hotel takes only 15 mins on the Heathrow Express. Great way to get over jet lag the first day.
