Nice location and staffs are courteous and helpful

I enjoyed our stay there. The room was clean. The sheets were clean. Aircon on both rooms were working and the place was unexpectedly cozy and spacious. The only thing is the drain in the kitchen smells a bit.

The unit felt even more spacious than the photos. Open layout with smart furniture placement, so it never felt cramped even with our whole group. Great flow between living, dining, and sleeping areas. The floor plan made it super functional for both hanging out and having privacy. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to friends/family visiting BGC.

The location is great. Walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. Short walk to High Street and SM Aura Great views. Host was very responsive and very easy check-in and check-out. Had two separate bedrooms and two complete bathrooms with 1/2 bathroom in the laundry room. Cons: The hallways on the 35th floor smelt musty. The furnitures were getting pretty old. The dining chairs were sagging with worn out cushions. Looked really nice in the pictures. The sofa had spots with lots of debris underneath the cushions. The bigger room was great, however the second guest room had two beds put together and there was no room to get in and out of the bed. Literally had to scoot yourself in and out of the bed. Linens didn’t smell fresh especially the pillows in the smaller rooms. To our dismay there were no batteries for the remote control in the living room and on our 4th day the AC in the master bedroom wasn’t functioning properly. Luckily, I messaged the host and informed the front desk. The building maintenance came in to fix it within two hours!! Would recommend only for the location and if the other issues were resolved.
