We love this place, it was a very nice hotel to spend the night with the family and explore the city.

The hotel is in a great location. In walking distance for all sightseeing.
We had a rental car, so parking was about 15 minutes away. You need to be careful about driving into a ZTL (traffic zones), which could result in a fine. (We did not realize this.)
Hotel staff informed us of where to park and which streets to avoid the ZTL.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room did not work very well and it was very warm at night.
Loved the area. Would stay here again.

Fantastic location in Siena and the staff was helpful with everything from extra pillows to arranging cab to train station. Like many hotels in Italy, the bed & shower were a little small, and you need to have an Italy power adapter vs EU.

What a pleasant surprise the room is so neat and cute. I decided to stay another night. The price was incredibly reasonable and the location couldn’t have been better. It’s only steps from the Piazza. I really love this little place.
