The hotel was nice, and we really enjoyed the pool. The staff was friendly and welcoming. When we arrived at 3 PM, our room was not quite ready, but the staff was very empathetic and offered us drinks while we waited. The wait was only about 30 minutes, so it wasn’t a big inconvenience.
The room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that the shower stall leaked a little, causing water to get onto the bathroom floor, so we had to use towels to absorb it. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed our time at the hotel. I would recommend it.

Vibrant hotel in London, close to an excellent area and many little pubs and cafes. Cross the millennium bridge only a few minutes away and you’re at the Tate museum and on the southbank wall towards the London eye. I’ve absolutely loved it. My room was fantastic and a very good size. Just add smoked salmon at breakfast please! I’ll definitely come back.

Great 5 day stay in London! We arrived hours early and early check in was available for £40 - definitely worth it. The location was central to our activities and we were able to get to places easily. The gym was a plus for us too. definitely recommend staying here!
