Nice bar and restaurant area - near to Folkestone and exit to channel tunnel so all good - local garages, Tesco’s M&S garage shop McD’ all in close Proximity. Rooms are clean and basic but with just what you need. Great to have food available on site plus the free Breakfast is perfect to set you on your way. Staff are willing to help with any needs - that are possible. Only gripe would be having to pay for car parking.
So ideal place to stay if need to be near Folkestone and the Channel Tunnel. Would recommend you try it!

We have stayed here many times. Very good basic accommodation ideal for the tunnel.
I found the hotel exceptionally clean, very polite helpful staff.

Stayed at this hotel many times in advance of travelling to France and I’ve never had a TV that worked. Otherwise you get what you expect. The rooms are clean and spacious and the free breakfast fills a gap (especially nice bacon).

The hotel is very clean and the staff are wonderful. They are so polite, extremely helpful and moved us to a different room when we had a problem with noise above us. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and had plenty of hot water. The free breakfast was very good and parking was half price provided we registered the car on their system. It was less than 10 minutes from Eurotunnel which was a real bonus.
