Hotel and room was very clean. Staff was helpful but a little difficult to communicate just due to language differences. Nothing overly critical. Hotel is right amongst shopping and restaurants as well as transit. Evening shopping is amazing. Great vibes when walking around. People are very friendly and polite

The location is great, very close to the shopping malls and a convenience store next to the hotel, 3 min walk from metro station! Staff are very helpful and friendly!

Good location, close to MRT station and not far from Taipei Main Station. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Clean room with basic facilities. Shower was fantastic and bath option also. Staff were polite and friendly. Good value for money.
