We were very upset with the reception when we checked in. We booked a big tween bed room with desk. But we were getting a tiny room. That was NOT we paid for. After going back friont desk, we got the correct room.
When we checked out, same agent was wrongly calculating again. After we double checked, she found she did wrong AGAIN! Btw, we checked in on 12/26/25, out on 1/4/26. Other than front dest agent, the breakfast were very good! Room was clean!
