Nice hotel, great location, didn’t find it noisey.
Wouldn’t call it 4 stars though, I had to buy my own toothpaste. The hotel felt dated even though it’s apparently a relatively new hotel.
However I would stay there again.
Lidl and a good Irish bar across the road.

For a 4 star hotel :
1- The comforter was too small
2- automated wakeup phone was not working correctly.
3- No cable TV. No cast on TV.
4- No bar soap. There are shampoo and liquid soap dispensers attached to the wall, 1/5 full and it's too hard to squeeze. We purchased a soap bar and shampoo from a local store.
