Staff could be rude at times. The coffee and tea setup

This is a nice hotel nearby to a brewery, about 20 minutes walk to the main old town area and the river. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, loved the courtyard area at the back and the fact that a coffee machine was available on the bottom level of the hotel. Room was clean although a little small, but still OK and the air conditioning was great.
We found the staff a little impersonal and abrupt at the hotel and they seemed frustrated when we asked for help with the coffee machine and even lectured me when I lost one of my room keys (which I know are mag stripe keys that cost about twenty cents Canadian to replace.) Not having a mini-fridge in the room was an inconvenience too. Adding this in would make a big difference vs. making people store things in the communal fridge on the bottom floor and hoping no one takes it!
I would stay here again but think there are things they could do to improve.

We liked the location because we could walk to the old city of Salzburg. The hotel was nice and the beds were super comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.

Everything was as advertised. Had a great stay. Room was great. Staff were super friendly. Would stay again,
