Stayed for two nights, lovely pub with lots of character and atmosphere. Room was clean and was everything we hoped for with great shower. Will certainly visit again

The room was clean and very convenient as it had an external door to the car park. The room was too hot, not helped by the towel radiator which always on. Not needed when the weather outside was 25⁰C. The staff were welcoming and helpful. We had breakfast in the moving of our departure which set us up for the rest of the day.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay, our room was perfect, with a comfortable bed (better pillows would have been preferred). The staff were all very helpful and friendly, especially Dylan and Joe (who I believe was the manager).
Their was another manager on duty for one day while we were there ("L"), I think her customer relations skills could do with some improvement!
Overall, we had a really good visit and will certainly re-book should we be vising Cranleigh in the future.
