Location, location, location. The location doesn’t get any better. The hotel is clean, well maintained and the staff is great. The location however is unbeatable. I thought it was going to be weird staying above a train station - but it was the smartest thing we did. Everything was easy and accessible.

Staff was fantastic, they secured reservation for dinner for me and my family, they also secured airport transportation for us. Very helpful. The location of hotel was amazing.

Generous sized and clean rooms, comfortable beds, helpful staff and not noisy. Location is great to access and see the crossing and experience Shibuya. Also super handy to jump on Narita Express within 3-5 minutes walk.
