Nice rooms over the pub. No AC so hot in late June. Some noise from the pub garden area but fine after 11 pm. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Nice outdoor eating/drinking area.

Very nice well maintained property i just picked the wrong day as no meals served on a Monday evening. However, will not stop me visiting again as aware of this now.

All round good stay.
Breakfast was a bit weak though.
Fresh fruit, but no yoghurt to go with it.

We were absolutely blown away by the quality of this hotel and the restaurant. We stayed in the Rutland Room which was spacious and had a comfortable lobby area as well as a massive bathroom and bedroom. The Smart TV was an excellent addition. However, the biggest surprise was the restaurant! Every dish we ordered was of outstanding quality and very reasonably priced. Without a doubt the best "pub" food I have had in England in recent years. Breakfast is simple continental (nothing cooked) but with lots of fresh fruit and good quality coffee.
I would wholeheartedly go out of my way to stay here again in the future. Thank you for an amazing stay!
