Good side - Location is within walking distance to Lotte Gwangbuk and I got really good price during my stay.
Down side - Lift was too slow and lobby like war zone when they have group of tourist arrive and stay. Used more stairs instead of lift due to slow waiting time and saw other of guest did the same. Hotel has 3 lifts, 1 to all floor l, 1 to even number floor and 1 to odd number floor. I won’t be staying here again, imagine you have to wait 10-15 minute for lift after long tiring shopping day

The harbour view was amazing. The room was really spacious. The hotel is about a 9-minute walk to the nearest metro station. There are also bus stops just outside the hotel. I would not worry about getting the paid breakfast. The room was mostly clean. The top shelves of the dressing table were in desperate need of dusting. Good value, would stay again.
