Staff was very helpful in arranging airport shuttle. They also waited late at night because our trip was delayed.

Stayed here for one night on our trip back to the Chicago. It was a perfect hotel to stay the night for an early morning flight. We got to the airport in 10 minutes. The hotel arranged a shuttle service to take 3 of us to the airport for 30 Euros. You will need to give them advanced notice, but it was perfect for our needs.

There was a huge traffic near the airport and it was not possible to get taxi from the rental car company to hotel, but the staff made an effort to arrange the shuttle for us even though it took extra time to travel from hotel to where we’re picked up. The driver was so nice and friendly as well as the staff. The room was so spacious and clean. We really enjoyed our stay.
