the hotel is in a good place for the sea and shops, the breakfast was very good it was tasty and well cooked , the staff went out of their way to help you and were very pleasant, the only problem my wife had was the walk in shower as it was a big step to get in with her bad leg

The hotel is dog friendly and across the road from the promenade and the beach. The Hotel has a small bar and seating area in side and outside.The self service buffet breakfast in the morning is excellent having cooked and cold breakfast choices. Our room was small and compact clean and tidy with tea, coffee and hot chocolate as well as water.

Little parking but understandable due to properties layout and the amount of visitors in the area. Building may seem old but with a lot of character. Buffette breakfast and friendly staff are a plus. We enjoyed our visit.

The reason I only 4* to one question was that I think some painting and refreshing would help as in radiators that show some rust!
I would add that we use this hotel regularly and wouldn't go anywhere else.
