Staff we wonderful, very attentive.

Lovely place to stay. The lady who greeted was very friendly. Room was big and the bed was very comfortable. It took a while for room to heat up as I hadn’t realised all the thermostats were turned off. I had a bit of disturbed sleep as I stayed when it was very heavy rain/ windy so the windows were rattling (understandable as it’s an old building). I would recommend staying here as it’s very affordable.

We had a wonderful stay at Old Borough Arms in Rye! Sarah and the team went above and beyond to welcome us and made our stay as comfortable as possible. We loved the charming & cozy setting of the place, with a superb location right at the end of Mermaid Street and few mins walk to the train station. Our room was lovely and homey, exactly the vibe we needed for the weekend. Would highly recommend this beautiful place for any trip to Rye! Thank you Sarah and team again and am sure we'd meet again soon! Tom & Davide
