Hotel in excellent location. Close to Waverley station, Princes Street and portrait gallery (free entry and great cafe)
Good breakfasts and capacious bedrooms.

Lovely boutique hotel in the Malmaison style. Lots of visual extras in the hallways and reception area. Our room was one of the few with a window at the front overlooking St Andrews Square.
Breakfast was amazing.
