Nice and easy plenty of parking and reasonably quiet

clean, efficient, quiet, public transport at doorstep. I loved the little side garden outside the kitchen, with benches in dappled sunlight, looking at people's vegetable garden plots. Nice place for a cup of tea and a book.
Staff were lovely and friendly.
The only issue I had was that the toilet lights were turned off late at night, with no way to turn them on, making 3am toilet stop very very dark!

I booked a double room without ensuite for myself. It was very comfortable and only a couple of doors from the bathroom and near the kitchenette, (microwave, toaster and jug and fridge). Large kitchen was down stairs.
The bed was comfortable and the towels were new and large and fluffy..... such a treat.
I never had to wait to use the bathroom and the facilities were kept very clean and tidy. I enjoyed my stay here and will return.
