Location. Very walkable distances, if not thats what lime scooters are for.
Cleanliness. Insanely clean, not a speck of dust in sight.
Facilities. Laundry + gym equipment was a very nice touch. Didn’t have a chance to use them but very thoughtful.
No mirror in the bedroom. Not the end of the world but something to consider.
Awkward shower + laundry combo, felt a little weird showering while someone has their laundry running right next to you.

Excellent location, facilities and staff!
Nothing, it was great! Plenty of room to be by yourself despite the large number of rooms.

Self catering. Proximity to places we needed to go.
I was pressured to make a cash deposit of $300.00 for what the caller claimed was a security deposit, at the time of our arrival, which we believe was unjustified. There was nothing in the room worth to that amout to start with. Moreover, the agency could have asked for my Credit Card number to cover expences if a legal case for deduction was able to be made, but not demand a cash deposit with a lose promise that this money would be returned after leaving the premise. I felt that I was blackmailed into this position. To the point, such demand is illigal under Australian Consumer protection law.
