Didn’t interact with the staff at all. We arrived at 8 PM and our key was waiting for us on the counter. The room was pretty basic but comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower which I appreciated. Breakfast is served but not included.

A few restaurants are near by the property which is a nice option, would have been nice if the room was a bit bigger. The location is great if you’re planning to go to kirkjufell mountain.

We loved the place and the hotel. The room was a bit small, but downstairs there's a piano, a pool table, chess, other games. The staff (from CEE) was super-friendly and helpful. They gave us perfect instructions on how to tour the Snæfellsnes Peninsula, and where, when, and how to best see the Northern Lights. They even arranged for a small communal Aurora watching with the guests.

"Hotel was close to the water and within walking distance to the downtown area. Room was quiet and the staff was friendly and helpful."
