Good place to stay and absolutely fabulous location that is minutes from all the cool stuff to do in Duluth and Superior. I just wish they had a water fountain to refill water bottles and that we could connect more than two devices to the WiFi. Hard to get good cell phone signal sometimes.

Property was ok. Older, needs some update. If just needing a place to sleep for a night, this works. Staff were polite.

Hotel was quiet. Hall way carpet was dirty. I didn't eat breakfast either day, but it looks like they had a good selection, when I got coffee. Front desk staff were very nice. I will stay again.
