Wonderful helpful staff, beautiful gardens and pool, and close to everything central. I liked it so well that I extended my stay. Thanks to everyone at Poza Clara Sanctuary Hotel. I'll be back.

The free breakfast was very good. Lots of fruit and choice of eggs or pancakes. The location was near the town square. Lots of restaurants near by. The staff was very good and our room was serviced daily and all requests met. Would definitely return.

The rooms were excellent and the staff went out of their way to help with a situation which happened on the first night of our stay.

Great sanctuary hotel, close to all amenities. The staff very friendly and helpful always clean air conditioning works perfect. Pool is lovely restaurant on site. Will definitely be going back next year with our group.
