This hotel is in an excellent location in the heart of Soho but tucked away on a slightly quieter street. They give you complimentary wine from 6-7pm every evening. Our room had a great little kitchenette with a sink, fridge, drinking water tap and complimentary tea & coffee. I also appreciated that the TV had Chromecast so I could watch streaming services, the Molton Brown soaps, and the excellent water pressure in the shower. Highly recommend.

We’ve stayed in The Resident several times and this time there was an issue with the air conditioner in our room (understandable after the crazy heat wave!). The staff responded very well and they relocated us to another Resident. Excellent customer service.
