There is an elevator, air conditioning and it is in a great location in San Marco. Just a two minute walk or less from the Rialto Bridge so very easy to get to even with luggage in hand.

We had a very good experience during our stay in Venice. The first apartment we stayed in was spacious, comfortable, and had a great view. The only issue was that the bed sheets felt damp, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. What we appreciated most was how quickly and professionally the staff responded to our concern. They immediately moved us to another apartment that was even larger. The new apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious, and the beds were completely dry, allowing us to rest and enjoy our stay. We truly appreciated their excellent customer service and willingness to resolve the issue promptly. Their responsiveness made a big difference in our stay, and we would be happy to stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We really enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous apartment. It’s big ( we were 6), the rooms are very spacious, it was super clean, the location is excellent. We loved having our coffee on the cute terrace in the morning. Absolutely wonderful stay. Thank you!

The building doesn't have a reception or concierge but the staff messaged me the address, front door code and apartment code in advance which meant we arrived and were in our room withing minutes. The apartment is excellently located just a couple of minutes walk from the Rialto vaporetto station. I would advise bringing plenty of bug spray or a plug in repellent. The Venetian mossies are hungry little buggers.
