Great communication with the property management. Our room was nice and getting into it was quite modern (TouchPads). Great spot, near good food and shops. Recommend!

Just stayed for a few nights here, if you are considering this hotel, book it!
The location is great, it’s right next to Centennial Park, very close to the downtown/bar area/gulch, 15 to the shopping in the southwest, and only about a 20 minute drive to the East Nashville area.
Love not having key cards and just using codes for the doors, makes it safe to never worry about losing your key or forgetting it in room.
The bed, the down pillows, sheets were all cotton and all very high quality. One of the best hotel sleeps I have been able to have, especially with the shades in the room blocking out 100% of the light if you want.
The room was very spacious for the area and allowed plenty of area.
Finishing touches, such as the soap, shampoo, etc all high end and excellent quality.
Parking on site is free and there’s street parking that is also free, so was not an issue at all, which is a HUGE plus.
Overall honestly my favorite hotel I’ve stayed at. Will be back!
