We absolutely loved our stay at the Westin! The rooms were clean and updated with comfortable beds and nice sheets. Sujith helped us at the front desk after our first night stay when the room we received was not what we had booked ( with a dining room table). He went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after, and we were both impressed with his professionalism and kindness. All of the staff we encountered were very courteous and we will definitely stay here again!

The property is nice. The staff helpful. The negative is that they over booked. When we arrived at the property they did not have the kind of room that we had booked in advance, available. Very disappointed.
