First off, the staff...this might be the best staff my wifeband I have ever encountered. Friendly, helpful and their attention to detail was top tier! Then our room was immaculate, the bathroom was gorgeous, and the bed and linens were perfect so that we could fall asleep after a long trip from the US (or a day walking around the very walkable city of Aveiro)

This place superseded all of our expectations. Luxurious yet warm ambiance. The spa was excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the Venice. I only have good things to say. We will most definitely return. We loved it very very much.

Excellent restaurant with choice of tasting menus, super breakfasts, big comfy room and bed, effective but unobtrusive air con, friendly and helpful staff - a great place to stay when in Aveiro!
