The hotel staff was amazing from the get go. Room and property was clean and smelled delicious! About a 3 minute walk from the Mosque and very centrally located to restaurants and shops.

My mom and I had a very pleasant three-night stay at Saja by Warwick in Madinah. The staff made us feel welcome and well cared for throughout our visit.
Rawan, Duaa, Haneen, and Mayan at the front desk were all very helpful, with a special thank-you to Mayan for making our stay so comfortable. My mom uses a wheelchair, and the team accommodated her needs with kindness and care. Whenever we needed anything, they were there to help.
Hajer at Al Firdous restaurant greeted us warmly every morning for breakfast and made sure we were happy with the food and service. Nazim from bell services was also amazing—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help.
Thank you to the entire team for your hospitality and for making our stay in Madinah such a lovely experience. Highly recommended!
