Beautiful hotel, with the kindest staff!!! We had a great stay at this hotel. They even helped my husband to organize some flowers/ chocolates in the room for my birthday. So helpful with local recommendations. Incredible stay

We had the most amazing stay at Terracotta Arts Hotel and honestly can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Chiang Mai because it is so beautiful and has the best service.
The property feels like a hidden oasis, with lush gardens, gorgeous architecture, and an incredible infinity pool that looks like something out of a magazine. Everywhere you look is picture-perfect. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff. The level of hospitality here is unlike anything we’ve experienced.
We stayed in the House, just steps away from the main hotel, and it was perfect for our family. It was spacious, beautiful, and comfortable, with every bedroom having its own bathroom. We loved having the extra space while still enjoying full access to all of the hotel’s amenities.
The hotel also offers daily cooking classes. The location is in the heart of the Old City, and one of our favorite restaurants, Faces, is directly across the street. Beautiful and delicious.
Overall, this hotel is what made our visit truly memorable and i would highly reccomend it.
