The room was great - clean, comfortable and modern. Ylenia met us at reception and she was wonderful! Very helpful, very friendly, and she gave us great information about Venice. The location is in a great spot, and it was easy for us to access the things we wanted to see. The only downside is that there are a lot of stairs....we were on the third floor, and getting our bags up was a bit of a challenge (there is no elevator). But other than that, great place, great stay, great service!

What a wonderful place to stay! Only complaint is no elevator so it was a pain to haul up all our luggage.

Great location once you make it there with your luggage but I guess that’s Venice - no cars or roads or lifts
