Nice clean little room in a typical building right in the heart of everything. The area seemed a little gritty at first but then I quickly realized that's just what the heart of Naples looks like! It was great. Walked all over. Lots of awesome choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Jeanette was helpful at check in and provided lots of good ideas as far as local places to visit.

Giovanni was our agent. He was very helpful and accommodating. The property itself was not very clean. Rooms and bathrooms were not very clean.

We stayed for 11 days and had a wonderful experience. Lillian was very helpful, answered anytime I messaged her. This is my 2nd time staying here and we will be back again. Place is clean, safe and very well taken care of. Some great restaurants and shopping a few steps away. Thank you guys again for a wonderful experience :) . It was my son’s 1st time there and definitely not his last.

Room was elegant with 5 star touches, the guesthouse has a very personal service, bed and sheets smelled great, free delectable espresso 24hrs, location was perfect as well, best shower I’ve ever had. I loved the place.
