Beautiful home on the water! It was perfect for our girls reunion with our daughters. We loved the heated pool and felt well cared for. The home was supplied with plenty of dishes and games. We would definitely come back again.

This house is perfect! Not only is it stunning, but it has absolutely everything. The views are breathtaking, it’s very spacious, the spa is perfect. Kayaks, paddle boards, beach gear, and more. My husband fished off the dock and loved shooting pool. I enjoyed the large and well equipped kitchen. The walk to the beach is truly 5 minutes or less. We loved it and plan to return.

Driving in we liked we were a short walk to the beach. Then we noticed most of the homes in the neighborhood had signs that said "Homes Not Hotels" in their yards. The police were called because they received a 911 call that someone was yelling "I hate my life". When the police realized nothing was wrong they asked, "Is this a beach time rental property?"The dryer was broken and unrepairable and a new dryer couldn't be installed until after we left.The hot tub controls were locked - I didn't realize the controls were locked and we needed a combination to use it. We didn't receive the combination when we asked for it so we weren't able to use it. Other than this request, BTR was easy to work with and replied quickly to questions.
