The view is amazing! We loved walking on the river path, even swimming and jumping off rocks into the river. The AC was amazing. The only thing was the curtains were not block out curtains- so if you need dark, bring an eye mask.

Beautiful townhouse with amazing balcony and view

Good location, newly updated new appliances

We spent three nights in 309/310, and wish we’d had more time!!!! We were a bit nervous about having units above, below, and to both sides of us, but we only ever heard a few footsteps from above. The highlight is the river - most of the time we turned off the AC and opened the (slightly sticky) screen door, and had breakfast out there every day. With the screen door, you could hear the river throughout the unit. Saw several interesting birds zipping around outside, too. We didn’t use the kitchen much but it was very well equipped - better than most short term rentals. The bedroom was a bit cramped around the bed, and the split AC was noisy so we just shut it off and relied on the main ac in the day and nature at night. Clothes storage was okay - plastic drawers and hangers. Main bathroom/shower was fantastic! If you’re in Bend and willing to drive to get to things, this is an exceptional place to stay. Just a couple of minutes to Mirror Pond and downtown shopping, breweries, and restaurants. Really great, comfortable unit, would stay there again in a heartbeat!
