This property is an AMAZING VALUE! My sister and I/ our partners loved our stay there. The location is absolutely incredible with being right in front of haystack rock, and mere minutes from either beach access. The house very comfortably fit the 4 of us and had a lot of natural light. Very well equipped kitchen and had adorable cozy PNW beach decor that made me feel nostalgic. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom has been updated nicely. Our hands down favorite thing was the patio, we loved sunbathing on the deck, playing board games or eating at the picnic table or just sitting and watching the sunset with a drink in hand! This house is located slightly further out than the resorts/away from town which is a huge plus for us because the beach is much quieter once you get past them! The walk into downtown is still very easy and pleasant from both the beach and on land. We parked our car and never felt the need to use it the entire trip! We will certainly be booking this rental again the next time we go to cannon beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great view and great deck. Definitely would stay again. Only three issues. The queen bed was not comfortable forcing me to sleep on the couch. The parking area is a super small area. Larger vehicles will struggle in the area or more than one car. Lastly, the property is right on the road and there is constant foot traffic walking by the house and peering in, despite the property efforts to maximize privacy from those passing bye.

The location, views and host was pleasant. The stocking of towels, toiletries and laundry soap was nice. Beds comfortable. However for the price we paid I would expect the kitchen to be at a higher standard. The stove knobs have lost there label and backwards from start and low med high, instead high, med, low. That lead to frustration in cooking and burning a meal. The freezer is outdated and the ice maker is broken. If the ice maker is knocked by accident it leaks into the fridge. The kitchen has ants and that was challenge with food storage or preparation. I also would say this fits a size of 4 better than 6 people with one bathroom. Note parking can be a challenge as we had other park in the spot.
