Fantastic apartment with a lovely courtyard right inside the Avignon walled town.
Thoughtfully equiped shared kitchen with everything you need for glass of wine or breakfast.
Courtyard outside our room was lovely private space in busy Avignon.
Nothing.

Great value, stylishly furnished and extremely well located. The shared kitchen facilities are a nice bonus. Generally quiet despite the central location.
Minimal contact with staff as everything is done via codes (which worked well), but they were easy to get hold of when we had an issue one day.
We stayed for 5 nights and they did not refresh the towels or empty bins, they may have done if asked but we didnt think to.
While our room had aircon it was not very effective, not a major issue during our stay but would have been if it had been hotter.
Bit of a musty smell in parts of the building, but it wasn't offensive and might be unavoidable with a building this age.
No parking and the local multi story is expensive.

Beautiful apartment, very centrally located. There were 4 of us with bikes which we were able to keep inside, downstairs. Very friendly and helpful. Apartment is on the top floor.

The location and the cleaniness of the apartment. The temperature of the room (air conditioning) was comfortable, and the single bathrooom was spacious. The kitchen/living area was also comfortable.
The main dislike was the 4 flights of stairs to reach our apartment. My husband was able to bring-up all our luggage, but as a female traveler, I do not think I would have been able to do so without assistance. This should be stated as a potential issue when booking. Also, theee was an "old smell" to the apartment that lingered on our clothing.
