Staff was very friendly and breakfast was great. Location was awesome with everything important in short walking distance.
They now do an online check in which was a little confusing because there was some conflicting information in what they sent out, but staff was there anyway when we checked in during the day which was smooth.

The included breakfast was great. Location is close and walkable to main attractions. My only cons would be the absence of elevators to the property, but there is a Luggage storage facility nearby for a fee of course.

Located at the top of a beautiful historic building, our stay has wonderful views of Florence and plenty of space to welcome us to the city. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise to help fuel our long days exploring. Would recommend to any couple looking for a suite to enjoy for themselves.
