We were visiting for a girls weekend and this property was perfect!! It was very clean, well organized, very comfortable and the pool area was fantastic!! Our girls loved the karaoke and hot tub! Downtown Gatlinburg and the hiking we did was a lot of fun also! There is so much to do and the location of this property was perfect! The host are wonderful and easy to talk to!! Thank you for your hospitality!!

We couldn't get the hot tub temp as hot as some wanted., was fine for me. The cabin was very nice and cozy. I was very pleased. The pool was definitely a nice touch.

This cabin was everything we hoped it would be and more!

Starting out on a few positive notes, the kids enjoyed the indoor pool and making smores on the back patio where they had a firepit. Also, the host responded to our concerns in a timely manner. Unfortunately, there were several issues encountered, which made the stay not worth the price we paid for the cabin. First, immediately once we arrived to the cabin, we walked into the kitchen greeted with 6 or 7 huge bags of soiled linen left from the cleaning lady, which we had to place those dirty bags outside on the front porch ourselves. Secondly, there were ongoing issues with the a few bedroom televisions not working properly due to shortages in the power cord. Third, we only received a few washcloths in the entire cabin when the owners were expecting 13 people total. Fourth, the constant back/forth to turn off the pool alarms were extremely annoying! In my bedroom, the ceiling fan wasn't working and had to use a dusty old time box fan.
