The area is fantastic. Close to everything.
The shower drainage needs to be addressed as it very quickly overflows. Also, better communication regarding storing luggage. When you are unfamiliar with the area, the app they provide is too difficult to understand.

Location is perfect, the views from the balcony, everything inside was neat and clean. It was easy to open and close with a code vs carrying keys.
A bit tight in space between furniture yo walk around but not a big deal for a one person (or two). Also, not sure about the space up in the attic. I did not use.
