Welcome to Studio California, an elegant 24 m² studio located in the prestigious, historically designated Le Californie residence, in the heart of the residential neighborhood of La Californie. Nestled in a magnificent wooded park with views of the Mediterranean, it’s the perfect place to explore Cannes in a peaceful, leafy setting.

Formerly the boudoir of this Belle Époque residence, the studio has retained all its charm. Its window overlooks an interior passageway, while the ocean view can be enjoyed from the residence’s gardens.

The apartment includes:

• Fully equipped kitchen: stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and kettle
• Bathroom with shower, toilet, washer, and dryer

The accommodations are entirely private, and I’ll be available throughout your stay.

Important information:
• Non-smoking accommodation—no pets allowed.
• The rate includes end-of-stay cleaning, bed linens, towels, and bath mats.
• A credit card authorization for 500 euros (not charged) and a valid ID will be required prior to arrival.
• Self-check-in and check-out via a key box located a 5-minute walk from the Cannes train station.

Article 1: **Definitions
1.1 **Traveler**: any person staying as part of a booking.
1.2 **Host**: the owner or manager of the property hosting the travelers.
1.3 **Premises**: space, accommodation, or property made available for the stay.

Article 2: **Maximum Number of Travelers**: the maximum number of travelers.
2.1 The maximum number of travelers authorized to stay on the premises is set at 2 travelers. This number includes adults, children, and infants.
2.2 Adding any travelers beyond this number is prohibited without the prior consent of the host.

Article 3: **Special Requests
3.1 In exceptional circumstances, a request to increase the number of travelers may be submitted in writing to the Host at least 7 days before the arrival date.
3.2 The Host reserves the right to accept or refuse the request depending on capacity, local regulations, and availability.

Article 4: **Respect for the Premises
4.1 Travelers agree to keep the premises clean, tidy, and in good condition throughout their stay.
4.2 Disruptive activities, excessive noise, and any form of damage are strictly prohibited.

Article 5: **Penalties in the Event of Non-Compliance
5.1 Failure to comply with the limits on the number of travelers or to respect the premises will result in sanctions, which may include, but are not limited to, financial penalties, immediate eviction from the premises without refund, and/or legal proceedings.

Article 6: **Amendments to the Rules** (French only)
6.1 The Host reserves the right to amend these Rules at any time. Amendments will take effect immediately after they have been communicated to travelers.

Article 7: **Acceptance of the Rules** (French only)
7.1 Booking and staying at the property implies full acceptance of these rules by the travelers.
