The hotel was in a great location, close to the city center.
The management was very friendly and polite.
here weren't enough chairs in the triple room. There was only one seat available.
The breakfast wasn't very good, and the same food was served every day.

Wir haben eine Woche mit unserer Familie in diesem Hotel gewohnt. Das Hotel war wirklich super. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Wir konnten die Einkaufszentren und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Herrn Sinan und Herrn Milad. Sie haben sich immer sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cosy location, nice and friendly staff, very reliable and good Wifi service in our room, nice breakfast, clean rooms equipped with air-condition and mini-bar.
After booking, I contacted them asking for the airport shuttle service and they asked for the flight number, arrival time and mentioned the price. Upon arrival, nobody showed up at the airport and we managed it ourselves. TV in the room was not working and the staff didn't manage to make it work. There was a guy shouting loud on the street on Monday 11/05 morning which made us awake, but apart from that it was peaceful and quite.

Gute Lage, großes Zimmer, zweckmäßige Einrichtung, sauber.
Das gesamte Zimmer hat gefühlt keinerlei Schallisolierung. Alle Geräusche von draußen und innen sind gut zu hören. Selbst, wenn an der Rezeption telefoniert wird, hört
man das im Zimmer im zweiten Stock. Das Personal darf gerne höflicher sein.
